This is a new source for the upcoming actress Jessica Stroup, you may recognize her as Erin Silver in the new show “90210″ or in movies like “Prom Night”, “The Hills Have Eyes II”, etc. My name is Mikaela and I am the founder and the owner of the site, you may know me from my other sites; Kristen, Blake, Sophia and Kate. Erin Silver, the character that Jessica Stroup plays on 90210 (Tuesdays at 8 pm/ET, the CW), is perhaps the best evidence that the guys from Freaks and Geeks are running the show now. She’s sarcastic, creative and fiercely independent, a Gen-Y teen who takes her grievances to the Web, and they usually involve more than the typical boyfriend and fashion angst. Silver is also a link between the old and new series, as she’s the offspring of Kelly’s mom and David’s dad. The premiere of the CW’s “90210″ — arguably the most crucial series of the fall season — became the highest-rated scripted debut in the network’s two-year history.
“I was really thrilled, I was relieved, I was excited,” said CW entertainment president Dawn Ostoff when asked her reaction to the numbers. “I knew this would appeal to a broader audience than our other shows. We are really happy with the Nielsen numbers, I really think this show is going to soak into the zeitgeist.” |
